Someone should give this to someone for Valentine’s Day with the first line of a love letter reading, “I have no idea where this will lead us, but I have a definite feeling it will be a place both wonderful and strange.”
one day when i have a real life man friend, he’ll know know this is the key.
So support this 100%.
Arne Jacobsen designed every aspect of the interior of the SAS hotel (Radisson Royal, Copenhagen), the first skyscraper ever to be built in our fair capital. Inside the hotel one still sees glorious lamps and pieces of Jacobsen furniture everywhere, but the extra special room to book is No. 606, where all the furnishings are pristine Jacobsen originals…
HEAVEN.

A creative duo called Lightboys, comprised of designer / craftsman Jirko Bannas and publisher / creative director Oliver Seltmann, has been working for two years to create perfect backlighting for the display of large-scale photographs, seeking “an ultra-flat, bright and uniformly illuminated lightwall.” They’ve overcome the technical hurdles and produced the Polaboy, an LED-backlit photographic frame that is a direct 10:1 scaling up of a Polaroid snapshot.
